Hyderabad is considered the most preferred real estate investment destination for NRIs in Telangana due to its strong IT sector, infrastructure development, and growing economy. Areas such as Gachibowli, Hitech City, Kondapur, and Kokapet have emerged as major property investment hubs, attracting both domestic and international investors.
